Seton Hall-bound senior earns metro league praise.
Cassy Harrigan is a successful athlete at BHS who has received praise for her strong soccer skills. This year, her talent was awarded with a first team all metro league title. Cassy is a senior this year, and was named one of the captains on the girls varsity soccer team. Coached by Kassandra McCluskie, Harrigan helped take the team to playoffs, where they fought vigorously. “When I was younger, if someone was better than me, I wouldn’t think much of it. Once I got into high school, something in my personality changed and my level of competitiveness was raised, and we are expected to do more and push ourselves harder. Freshman year I realized that if I wanted to play college soccer, I would have to push myself and go above and beyond what most other people might do.” Harrigan has been playing since she was little and now is now very excited to play collegiate soccer at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
