Steel Magnolias: a review

A musical with a cast of thirty-five is hard to put together, but easy to perform. Alternatively, a drama with a cast of only six is easy to put together, but much harder to perform. The former is a showcase of the blood, sweat, and tears that went into the rehearsal process, whereas it is often onstage on opening night that these bodily fluids are evoked from the latter.

Get out and see this awe-inspiring thriller

After leaving the theaters, rarely there are movies that leave the audience in awe. The movie Get Out did just that, and exceeded its already high expectations by using strong acting, a powerful topic, and pace to keep the audience engaged. It was the perfect platform to highlight being black in America, and how it shouldn't be ignored.

Although the absence of Mocha Rocha has caused a spiral of caffeine deprived students, there is new coffee cart filling the caffeine void. Piper’s Perks, located at the entrance of senior lot, is open from 6 am to 7:40 am and is run by Beaverton alum, Piper Humphries.
